Library mailbox

With this service, the university library aims to have a clear and systematic way of collecting the suggestions, complaints, opinions and any other information users wish to send to the library. Structured into topical sections, with a simple form,users can send any enquiry to the library. Only information will be provided in the Mailbox and all suggestions, complaints, opinions, etc will receive a precise answer. Therefore, it is not a means to requesting a specific service, such as an Inter-library loan.

• To access the mailbox, you must be a member of the UCLM or a registered user.

If you are Services and Administration Staff, Teaching and Research Staff, a student or a registered user at the University of  Castilla-La Mancha

If you are not a member of the University of  Castilla-La Mancha and wish to send any comment, opinion or other information, you must use this link and register( just once) in order to be able to use this service. Registration  for non-registered users

The Library Mailbox is one more instrument for reaching the commitment to quality of the UCLM Library, which are covered in the  Services Charter and the Communication Plan of the library.
